Lyney
Skilled and eloquent, Lyney is Fontaine's Great Magician and Lynette's twin brother. After their parents' death and having been saved from an abusive noble by their "Father," Lyney has undertaken missions for the House of the Hearth and has said that he will eventually become the successor of "Father."
Dragon Companion: Baemash
Lyney was excited. He'd seen Lynette bonding with her dragon, and was more than ready to receive a dragon of his own. Having one could only be helpful after all- they were pretty self-sufficient creatures, so raising one wouldn't be a grand burden.
Plus, admittedly, he just wanted a dragon companion. They were all so cool! He quickly caught sight of the Weyrmaster walking up to him, a wide grin on his face. "Ready for the final test?" he asked. "Ready!" Lyney answered, placing his hands on his hips. "That's the spirit!" the Weyrmaster said, leading Lyney towards a room to the right.
They passed through a set of doors, into a giant room filled with nests and eggs laid upon the nests. Immediately, Lyney's attention was caught by one of the nearby nests, barely listening to the Weyrmaster's instructions. As soon as he stopped speaking, Lyney walked forward, looking at a rainbow egg that had a hole with some egg shell still in it. "Someone got an dragon recently" he mused, aware this could very well have been the nest Lynette got her dragon from. He held his breath and touched the egg, feeling it begin cracking in his hands.
Admittedly, he was a little disappointed to be getting the same species as Lynette, mostly because the species was largely restricted to the water- he'd been hoping for something he could more easily show off in public. Still though, he also knew what to expect from these dragons, and knew they were far from useless. The little hatchling shook off the rest of the shell, looking up at Lyney curiously.
"Hi," said a voice in his mind, "I'm Baemash. And you?" The little dragon asked. "I'm the great magician Lyney!" he announced. "And from now on, it seems we'll be partners." The Weyrmaster chuckled warmly, coming up and giving his own announcement, "Congratulations, you're now a dragonrider."

Parentage: Progenitor, but in the same family as Lynette, Freminet, and Arlecchino's dragons
Abilities: Telepathy, Teleportation, Telekinesis, Echolocation, Water Jet
Personality: Flamboyant, proud of her beautiful scale color, she loves performing in Lyney's magic shows, though she gets annoyed that Lyney won't let her use her powers except in emergencies. She's slowly convincing him to incorporate some of her powers, but it's an uphill battle.
Lyney feels he and Baemash mesh well personality-wise. She's always encouraging new tricks and is ready to support him in all endeavors. She's not the best at stealth, which leaves her out of many missions, but she's always willing to do what she can for the House. That said, she does really enjoy receiving praise and adoration, and all but demands it frequently. Thankfully, Lyney always knows what to say to please her ego and get her to settle down.
